Freak out because he's black?  Some
Freak out because they realize how awful and unprepared he is? A lot
Freak out because they don't want a celebrity elitist as president? Countless

Just some of the reasons Obama will be smashed come November
I am so going to bump all of your posts once election day is over.

There's that thirteen year old maturity!

There are people who behave in that basic way; committing to some plan (marriage comes to mind) for a long time but when it comes time to do it they back down.

Coming from my perspective as a college student, I know a few people who're thinking of voting for McCain, and really do agree with him on most things, but may at the moment of voting switch to Obama, for anti-war reasons or the general youthful tendency to favor Obama.

Seriously, I expect a very minor Bradleyy effect of less than one point.

I doubt it it will show up unless the numbers are severely crunched.

I'm sorry, but what is the Bradley effect everyone is referring to?

People saying that they'll vote for a black candidate because they don't want to seem racist but they actually vote against that person.

This is Fox News talking points.

Also if even a third of the Hillary people stay home, Obama is toast.

the Bradley effect involves people lying to pollsters because they want to appear like open-minded non-racist people.  this would involve people who intend to Obama having an existential crisis about what they're about to do.  it's not my job to teach you what the Bradley effect is.  look it up.

Well, it'd have the same effect.

But it's still not the Bradley effect.
