My 401K has doubled (well in the past 3 1/2 years).

Refinanced my house at record low interest rates.

We are out of Iraq.

We are getting out of Afghanistan.

If I should lose my job or choose to retire early I will be guaranteed to be able to buy health insurance on the private market.
