Good news. I've only seen one Doyle ad so far and no Green ads but he seems to be up but there's still the 9% undecided.

I do love this though (Hopefully that number will rise) Grin:

20. Would you like to see former Governor Tommy Thompson run for President in 2008?
Yes 50%
No 28%
Undecided 22%

It may be close but surely Doyle will win this year?  The only Democratic incumbent I can see losing is Blagojevich, and its not like he doesn't deserve it.  I predict Kohl's coattails will carry Doyle to victory.  The Republicans seem always to come close in Wisconsin but never close enough to win.  This year, they can't do as well as in 2000, 2002 or 2004.  Also, did all the speculation over Thompson running die down?  Has he announced that he won't?

Except people who vote for Kohl won't necessarily vote for Doyle. A lot of Dems don't like him as well. And yes, Thompson has announced he won't run. Either way though it will be close.

So they would vote for the Republican instead?

Well a bunch of people I know will, I know everybody won't. But just by looking at every poll so far you know there will be. Otherwise Doyle would be winning with the same numbers as Kohl. The people I know are liberal but they can't stand Doyle.
