Breathitt, Knott, and Floyd KY and Stewart, TN all voted GOP for the first time ever (at least as far back as the Atlas goes).
Ugh. (Although I thought this was probably the case in TN.) How far does the Atlas go back for these states? Same question for Illinois, too.

My bad for McLean - edited.

In Kentucky... 1940. Also has 1912.
