The case of Obamas birth certificate is very legitimate. Many people think that what it really says is that Barack Obama Sr is not really his father and that a family friend of the Dunhams who was close to Obamas mother is really his father.

The above is an original birth certificate from Hawaii from 1963. The one on DailyKooks is nothing like the one shown above.

Why has Obama refused to release it? Why did every other candidate produce the document with no fight? What does Obama have to hide?

The theory I have about Obama having a different father then what is believed is most probable. I can understand the embarrassment behind such a thing, but obviously he should produce the document. And why not? How can a person, any person, run for president and not have to provide proof. Heck, to get a drivers license, etc I need to provide my birth certificate. Why not the man who wants to be president?

This is just sad... Why is America so ignorant?

From my perspective it's the government that's ignorant for not even caring about a proper vetting of an individual and not caring about the constitution. Hillary isn't even constitutionally eligible for SoS but seemingly no one cares.

Sorry, but rumors from a bunch of racist/right-wing blogs aren't really worth retorts. If you want to believe your unsubstantiated nonsense, be my guest. Just don't take it too personally when we call you two conspiracy nuts.

Considering the source, you can feel free to call me what you'd like.

Oh, OK, I was aware of that problem, but, even if I'm not a fan of Hillary, let's drop this point...

When this article of the Constitution was written, there wasn't a similar pay system.

No, absolutely not. We will not "drop" the issue. If it's a constitutional issue it most certainly needs to be brought to the forefront, immediately. And I don't believe you can just "lower" the pay scale and be in line with the constitution.

however, this is one part of the Constitution that I'd be willing to overlook.

Seriously?

Well, luckily, no one cares, and the rest of us will keep on living our lives. Also I don't remember you being outraged when they got rid of habeas corpus or spied on Americans or passed the PATRIOT Act or elected Bush President with the Supreme Court, but I guess it was all Republicans doing that, instead of a LIBRUL.

Well moron, since you already know all my stances on those issues you are correct to slam me on that. But I'm not going to discuss this issue with you anymore. I'll spend my time typing a lengthy post for a more legitimate poster. On top of that, you weren't even here when those so called issues came to light.

Saxbe fixes have been common in administrations of both parties... It's honestly never been a big deal.

Yeah, the Constitution only matters when the issue is important to you.
