If the researchers find irrefutable proofs that the Earth is getting warmer because of the human activities, should the anthropogenic global warming denial become a criminal offense?

Climate denial is just a facet of the anti-science, pro-ignorance view cultivated by the GOP. The celebration of ignorance is the root of the problem.

I'd be happy to see a permanent public record where anyone could record their position on the issue for posterity, though.
