I will be opposing this for the same reasons as Delegate Elcaspar has stated, I'd support a tax cut for low-income families, but I do not believe in giving business tax cuts period.

I'll agree with the low-income tax credit, but I still do not see why we need to completely gut these taxes. Don't get me started on regulations either. To me this feels like a slippery slope that will only benefit vested interests.

If the members of this chamber want to instigate a constitutional crises with the federal government by supporting this bill they're making a huge mistake, and I won't be a part of it.
