I agree.  If my side can put away the partisanship for just a nanosecond and realize that a former US president in charge has real advantages that outweigh any perceived disadvantages of this particular president, then he's probably a shoe-in.  I saw tonight that other UN security council members are already viewing this positively.  It's a win-win situation, since it forces the clintonistas and the Bushies to make nice with each other, and, at the same time, acts as a partial guarantor of US worldwide hegemony.  The Empire shall endure!
