Summary:

The goal of this bill is limit certain tax increases for the upcoming fiscal year as well as to permit the Southern Chamber to impose an income tax in the future, although none would be imposed during the upcoming fiscal year.

In fairness to the highly respected citizen who introduced this bill, I think at the very least this deserves a vote. I seek unanimous consent to proceed with a final vote. Delegates have 24 hours to object.
