Canada is not really supportive of Palestine at all, at least not from the perspective supporters of the Palestinian cause see it. It's quite clear to most people that Canada is either pro-Israel or neutral depending on the situation, leaning more neutral under Justin Trudeau. Canada doesn't even recognize Palestine, while Ireland does recognize Palestine and most countries in the world do as well.
