The media is for whoever the media elites are for. It isn't a left thing, and it certainly isn't a right thing. They hate Hillary because, like her or not, she is a highly successful and promising politician. They hated Nixon because he wasn't part of the "elite" like they were. They love "muh Bushes and Kennedys" and hate radical alternatives like Rand Paul and Bernie Sanders, or those who don't need the media, like Hillary Clinton.
