It sure is  that Griffin and his merry lads didn't raise a finger when JoMCaR was prosecuted for the exact same offense as Tyrion, but when Tyrion is prosecuted, they all go nuts.

1) Tyrion was pardoned
2) JoMCaR had multiple, active accounts on the forum

How many times do you have to be told this? It's just more evidence that this is pure partisan hackery and witchhunts on the part of the Justice Department.
