She's been doing her home food bank to help the needy and poor for the last 7 years.  The city of Glendale AZ is shutting it down.  This is a reason why the government wants us in chains and shackles.

She could always just... do it in her back yard?

I don't want my neighbors setting up a food bank in a house. We have zoning laws for a reason.

If someone tried this in my neighborhood, they'd be told to cease and desist too - by the private HOA, not the city (Houston has no zoning).

Would it kill her to do that somewhere else? Send her to the rich white gated community and see if the Tea Partiers don't start screaming bloody murder.
