If Trump "wipes out" Puerto Rico's debt, that would be a huge surprise and a rare bright spot in what has been an absolutely disastrous administration.

Yep, but one would be a fool to believe anything he says without any indications of action.

I agree with you...I'm not holding my breath, but if he actually does follow through and "wipes out" the debt, it would be the first thing he's done that I will happily stand behind 100%.
