The South Dakota judges were a compromise - Schulte was the Dem judge and Theeler the Republican judge.

Going by the vote counts, apparently some of the Republican Senators weren't happy with the deal.

The days of everyone voting for bipartisan deals are long over. The home state senators vote for it, everyone else does as they like. Same was true for dem state nominees under Trump.

Trump's far more likely to flip a state than Biden, although I wouldn't rule out NC flipping if everything goes right for Biden. NV+GA seem the most likely to flip.

Georgia. If Biden improves enough with black voters then it shouldn't be that difficult for him to win it considering that it's moving left.

View near my ballot drop-off site of choice. I can now officially say that I've never voted for Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. on a presidential primary ballot. (Too young for Obama, voted for Warren in 2020, left the field blank in 2024)

Or you could've just sat it out, like I did.
