Umm, for single states should there not be other types of rules? Otherwise this is pointless for me to enter.
Ok, I've given this some thought, and I'm prepared to alter the rules for all further primaries reinstating a limit on the number of campaign tokens that may be used to, say, ten. Furthermore, I'll be raising the cap on MOV-pegged token awards to ten as well. However, this won't take effect until after Maine, because I'm not keen on changing the rules mid-stage.
Doesn't that sort of take the point out of having more tokens?
Yeah, just as an outside observer, that seems kind of unfair. If someone earned the resources they have, they should be free to spend them as they see fit. It punishes more successful candidate arbitrarily.
