those non-binding resolutions were so stupid anyway.  they act as a microcosm of what American government has devolved into.

Lean positive.  I really took offense at his flip flop on his own resolution, as Rob iterated.  But the guy brought brains and common sense to bear most of the time.  No Senator or Congressman is perfect...and as conservative Republicans go, he and Dick Lugar are among the best.
