The moderately good things - gay marriage and aid are completely overwhelmed by the terrible. His devotion to completely unnecessary budget cuts for a start, that allowed the free-market ideologues (Osborne, Javid...) to do some irreversible harm.
I can't believe that he could be called a moderate when looking at some of the things that happened under his watch.
That and Brexit, and the potential end of the union, which would cement his reputation as the worst PM in history.
