Any part of Scotland that stood up to the profound inanity of "Scottish nationalism" is a freedom area by definition.

I like where I live, but I don't like it because of how it voted in an election (normal)

Again, briefly commenting on how ironic the "screw nationalism" posters who are pretty much defending British Supremacy.  Or is it really that preferable that only Anglos should have the right to screw over the working classes, but for God sake don't let them violent Celts have the right to do so?!

How is Post Blairism working out again?

I don't give a sh[inks] about British supremacy. But nationalism is stupid (especially for nations of 5 million people that haven't been independent for literally centuries, likely cannot exist as a viable state on their own, and are already broadly similar to the other cultures in their country), and the "left-wing, anti-austerity fighting in solidarity with their comrades to the South" SNP just enabled the Tories the go ahead to destroy the British welfare state.

So it makes sense for anti-nationalists to support the Scottish NATIONAL Party?

Lol semantics.

Point being that given the less than stellar results that Labour has given Scots over the past couple if decades, this idea that UK Labour is the best vehicle to fight for the interest of working class Scots is laughable.  Not saying SNP is a dedicated left wing party, but if the Scots are going to vote for a party to advance working class interests it might as well vote for the party emphasizing more local authority and a greater chance for their voice to be heard and felt rather than the party that embraced THE THIRD WAY MAN to the hilt.

They might as well have voted SNP and given the Conservatives five more years.  UK Labour hasn't done Jack Shit (besides remind them that at least they are not Thatcher) for the Scottish people since Wilson.

Which is why it us hard for me to believe that you and Lief are at all sincere about wanting to prevent far right wing nationalism as your reasons.

Why don't people understand social democracy

(Obligatory note about how Labour would have lost even if they'd swept every seat in Scotland)

Sure, but they would have done better in England if the final two weeks of the campaign hadn't turned into anti-Scottish fearmongering. Even a small swing in England/Wales would have been enough to keep the Tories from a majority.

I'm sure it's a lovely area, but the fact that they voted against The Great Cause is quite unfortunate.

Ironically, BRTD is easily our most "nationalistic" poster with regards to his strange and primitive culture.

In that case why should Scotland stay part of UK? Why should the Scot be forced to have government they don't want?

What do you mean that they don't want? That question was answered 8 months ago.
