Conyers needs to retire and/or resign, and somebody else should author H.R.676.

This is the least surprising development of the year. The dude literally has always reminded me of the stereotypical mid-sixties inner-city pimp. The kind of sleazeball who'd get charged with transporting a minor over state lines (ala Chuck Berry) to "sing" in a "nightclub" type establishment.
