IDF investigating fire

https://www.instagram.com/p/C7hLOujNuR6/

The IDF are investigating whether a secondary fire took hold after munitions were stored there by Hamas.

The IDF said they used only 34 kg of explosive using their AI algorithm to take out two Hamas militants.

Wait and see. Every time Hamas says something, the international media bites. Let's see if this is another Hospital car park story ultimately caused by Hamas storing weapons in a refugee camp next to innocent civilians.

Wee bit of candidate news:

LBC’s Iain Dale has quit radio to run for the Tories in Tunbridge Wells. 15k majority in 2019, and held by the party since its 1974 creation.

And in Birmingham Northfield (one of Labour’s easiest target seats), the Labour candidate Alex Aiken is standing down over “personal challenges which have arisen recently”.

Dale is fascinating; was chief of staff to David Davis, and a firm Brexiteer but over the recent years has been more of a Tory Wet- for those who listen to his podcast it’s quite funny as he has been a strong critic of the government over immigration (he’s very pro) and various other issues.

The nature of his radio show means he can claim to have a relatively wide ranging interest in policy that isn’t exactly typical for a Tory; he did a lot on British airways poor treatment of staff during covid.

He would be an interesting MP; but I am surprised as it’s signing up for 5 years in opposition.

I guess the idea is that if he (or really anyone on the frontlines) can hold a seat that's very clearly being targeted for a flip then they will have proved that their personal appeal can stand out. Any such person will have a large amount of personal capital and not many remaining foes who could block them.

I'm fine as long as you add trump face or nuke Portland and San francisco.

You need therapy.
It a joke King.

I wonder if our R-CA and R-OR avatars who've gone to bat for you found it funny.
Look if i wanted to destroy san francisco and portland all i would need to do is make sure they keep voting democrat, that would destroy them far more permanently then a nuke would do.

Biden is losing donors, losing in polling, losing in his approvals, not charismatic as Obama or Bill Clinton to rebound, etc.

We're at a point where him winning would have to reach unprecedented levels.

I'm still not sure where this logic is coming from that Manhattan jurors would be deterred by sending Trump to prison.

Probably is an assumption that they would see him as too elderly to send to prison.
