Why limit the number of people who can be a holder of each award?

Also, to be honest... I'm not much a fan of these types of things, only because I feel like they become a popularity contest. It's why I never really venture into the "Opinion of _____" forum community threads. And it's not just because I'd be an HP.

I mean, also... We already get people leaving the game because they're pissed off that they didn't win an election. So now we're going to give people more reasons to be pissed off?

My problem with this is that Atlasia is so political: The modus operandi of this country's citizenry is "let's all be politicians." I understand the purpose of a Medal of Feedom in a country that has more moving parts, but let's be honest: It's sometimes hard to look past partisanship in a game that's about politics. So I'm leary about the whole thing.
