The vote was to eliminate and NY got 6 eliminate votes, while Philadelphia got 5
Or if you want, Philly got 6 votes for survivor while NY had 5 Tongue

Tricky, tricky.  That's what happens when you ignore the rules and assume it's like every other survivor.  Rather disappointing though, Philly is nowhere near as interesting as Boston or NYC Sad
