It remains to be seen whether Romney will have to keep spending this kind of $ in each state to keep winning, or if the next couple of wins will give him enough momentum nationally that he can coast to victory in the remaining states.  I doubt he can afford this kind of saturation TV advertising in every state.  At some point, the campaigns start running low on money, and you've got to rely on free media.

My hunch is actually that whatever happens in FL, NV, CO, and MN, the momentum will likely have dissipated by the end of February.  So maybe AZ, MI, and WA are actually the important states, as they'll generate momentum going into Super Tuesday.
