This is a snapshot in time.  Do I believe it likely that Walker will lose by 13?  No (although it's possible).  Do I consider it likely that this is the state of the race at this time?  Yes.

But Charlie Cook and Larry Sabato told me that Wississippi was Lean R!

Yeah, no idea why they have it at lean R.  That's just irresponsible.  Doesn't someone also have AZ as likely R?  Similarly ridiculous.

Good to know that every rational person agrees that this poll is falsely favourable for Evers.  Walker will prevail where others in the Midwestern GOP stable won't. 42/50 in the nadir of his career and in the middle of an anti-GOP mood in the country? Not bad. 

Not bad for the environment (which I dispute) does not equal a win.  This stuff isn't graded on a curve.
