Better Ranked schools are a self filling prophecy, its mostly the type of parents who actually care about their kids what are willing to move to an area with better schools but because their parents actually care, they get more care in their childhood upbringing which makes the school ranking go up, even then funding isn't an end all. Just like life happiness peaks after you ear like 75k per year so does school effectiveness, some of the worst schools in the US get the most funding.

Utah schools are moderately funded and good. Good school funding is important but that doesn't mean we should infinitely fund schools for the KIDZ
