I couldn't find any polls asking the specific questions you asked. However, polls show that about half of Canadians are apathetic to the whole question
http://fullcomment.nationalpost.com/2012/06/28/john-ivison-ambivalence-rising-as-more-canadians-dont-really-care-if-quebec-separates/Most Canadians would accept an independent Quebec provided there was a super-majority voting for independence and Quebec didn't maintain any "ties" with the rest of Canada.
http://www.montrealgazette.com/life/Most+want+outright+breakup+Quebec+votes+sovereignty+poll/7190007/story.htmlMs. Davidson is referring to the Unity Rally when she refers to Canadians saying "we want you to stay" which was a massive federalist rally held in Quebec three days before the last referendum with about 100 000 people from the rest of Canada attending. So yes, I think it would be a terrific blow to national pride if Quebec left, but a certain amount of apathy has set in after 30+ years of threatened seperation.
