(b) Statute of limitations.—

There shall be no statute of limitations, nor any other time limitations or restrictions, for a financial abortion to take effect.

Section 3. Implementation

This Act shall take effect immediately after passage.

This is a bill that willl prevent cases like these where rape victims have to pay child support when their rapes lead to pregnancy.

This passed easily in the House, and I hope the Senate passes this as soon as possible.
