I have no idea who this is, and when I googled his name some 70 year old British producer showed up. Is he like some version of Glenn Greenwald, or what?

I don't like Michael Tracey, but I also don't care if Tulsi retweeted him.

All she retweeted was a flattering opinion piece he wrote about her, that doesn't equal an endorsement of him or his views.
She also tweeted this though:

I certainly don't agree with knee-jerk patriotism, or the whole "one nation under God" thing, but there's nothing offensive or wrong with her tweeting that.

I also don't even support her to begin with.

Wow. How offensive. This sort of rhetoric has no place in the Democratic Party.

You certainly aren't, and there's something here that you're missing - Gabbard is not the type of politician who would force others to follow her beliefs or try to codify them into law. I don't care what her religious beliefs are as long as she doesn't try to force them on me.

Gabbard was born in April 1981, Tracey in August 1948. They are separated by 392 months. There are less than 392 days in a year. I don't see the connection there. However, Tracey was born in the UK, Gabbard in American Samoa - very close to the other side of the world. Opposites attract.

I can see why Micheal Tracey doesn't use his middle name as part of his online presence - square brackets in a middle name is just weird and it's hard to believe the British allowed such a name in the 1940s.

I pulled up to a gas station to get a drink before work and noticed something stuck under my wiper blade. This was it.

Not surprising as she's a member of a literal cult though...

I hate Tulsi Gabbard too, but she'd be lucky to break 2% in any state in the primary. Why not make threads about candidates who actually have a chance?

I have also come to not really like Tulsi because of some of her antics and statements...I regret donating $5 to her, but honestly...who is Michael Tracey? I read his twitter and he seems to be an edgelord at worst but I really don't care either way.

He's a "journalist" who the alt-right loves, spends all his time bashing Democrats and has been fired from a publication for doxxing.

You apparently already know this though:

Yup. As soon as I saw Michael Tracey, I voted HC.

Wow, it took me 2 years to forget who he is. That's how irrelevant and insignificant he is.

How's that a cult?

It seems like an informative flyer about her and her positions. But coming from you i'm not really surprised.

What's so creepy about it?

It is funny that they're advertising that she endorsed Bernie Sanders in 2016... when she's literally running against him this time.

Aren't you a Christian? You guys are the number one leading generators of wiper-blade trash in this country. And the only difference between you and a cult is that you've got a few more members. The amazing thing about this thread is that you have no idea how hypocritical you sound.

Cults and MLM scams are basically the only people who market this way in Minneapolis aside from the occasional club promoting a theme night.

Also your second statement is incorrect. My church has about 300-400 "members" (no official membership rolls.) Tulsi Gabbard's cult has as many as 10 million by some estimates.

I was gonna say that I don't see how the flyer is cult-y, but there are a couple of things that stand out. The picture feels a little over the top in an orwellian kind of way. But what really gets me is the sentence "this flyer was created and distributed by grassroots supporters, not the Tulsi 2020 campaign." I don't think I've ever seen that before (at least not in a primary) and it seems kind of odd. Correct me if I'm wrong that that sentence is unusual.

Maybe you have to live in Minneapolis to get it. This is a common tactic used by cults and MLM organizations here.
