By same levels, do you mean 10% or a different number?

Poor Obama presidency





Why would Obama lose Wisconsin in all these scenarios. It voted for him by a double-digit margin, and both Gore and Kerry won the state before him. Also, Clinton won the state twice. There are many states that would flip before Wisconsin would.
