Out of curiosity, does McCain at least win a county?

Possibly a county that had only one or two blacks in it, but other than that, almost certainly not.

Looking at the least populous counties in the US, many did not have a single black person as of the 2000 Census, so those would be "ties". Maybe Borden County's black guy voted McCain. Or possibly Banner County's black guy, though he might have left by 2008.
