Yep. Candidates don't usually win re-election with these numbers, and Obama's going to have a hard time recovering if he's humiliated by the Supreme Court and in Wisconsin this month.

His only options are essentially to take his licks and look weak, or get aggressive and declare war on the SC, turning off independents. Rock and hard place.
