Announced candidates in bold, unannounced candidates in italics.

1st Tier / Frontrunners - Biden, Harris, Sanders
2nd Tier / Could move up to 1st tier - Booker, Brown, Gillibrand, Klobuchar, O'Rourke, Warren
3rd Tier / Could breakout - Buttigieg, Castro, Inslee
4th Tier / Very unlikely to breakout - Hickenlooper, Swalwell, Yang
5th Tier / Will never win the nomination in a milliion years - Delaney, Gabbard, Williamson

I'll add in Bennet, Bullock, de Blasio, McAuliffe, Moulton, and Ryan if it starts looking really likely they'll run but for right now all their candidacies feel so up in the air to me.
