Here's the perfect opportunity for someone to post that annoying Katy Perry gif that Miles always posts when something "good" happens for the Democrats.

But seriously, I have a crazy story about Katy Perry.

While I was on the campaign, I had a fling with this girl who was flying in from Europe to work there too. It was around a month from early October or something like that to the end of the election. I tried to stay in contact with her, so I sent her a request on Facebook (which I found from catching her liking the campaign's photo of me and the office). She denied.

Minutes later, one of my friends is making fun of her ex with me, and I'm making fun of this girl. She suggests that I see what she's up to. Lo and behold, her music history shows on Facebook, and her most listened to song is The One That Got Away by Katy Perry. It's exactly about what it sounds like.

So after seeing that, I laughed my ass off, said to myself "Bitch please, we are never ever getting back together", went to my friend's college, where her friends loved me and we got drunk and shamelessly whored ourselves out to everyone there and lived happily ever after.

So while she listened to Kay Perry, you listened to Taylor Swift? You dog, you!

Meh, it fit the moment.
