Yeah, this match is incredibly depressing.

Ouch.  Those are games you have to win or at least draw if you don't want to be relegated...

Yeah, exactly. And once again the first goal was ours Roll Eyes

We just have to hope things turn around from tomorrow...

Victory! Cheesy

Against Blackburn, sure. But, frankly, given where we are at the moment, a win is a win is a win.

Good couple of days for the North East clubs. We won 4-1 yesterday.

We beat Swansea two nil and are now in the top half of the league. Also of note, Sir Tom Cowie (perhaps the worst chairman in the club's history) died the other day.

So we beat Stoke today and are now 8th in the league. This is a significant improvement on where we were a few months ago, to put it mildly.

But I think the time has come for some serious speculation about the relegation fight. Looks like a lineup of five clubs this season, though you can't entirely rule out one of those slightly above getting dragged down suddenly. It happens.

Do Chelski even count as part of 'English football' these days?

Yeah, both teams were pretty knackered at the end and it showed.

We beat Liverpool the other day, which was nice.

So, then. Who's done for this year? All the bottom three look utterly fycked, yet can we rule out a thrilling moment of fail from one of the B Class Lancashire clubs?

Looks as though Soton will be one of the replacements, which seems vaguely appropriate as they were once an absolute cast-iron fixture of top division football.
