For the GOP, I see only Jindal and Christie as the big names on (Pence will be a half-termer in 2015) NHI's list. No 2010er is going to run. Maybe Pawlenty runs again.

Dems: I agree with that list minus Hillary and Cuomo.

Just out of curiosity why don't you think that Cuomo run? I mean I don't know if he will run or not, but what makes you think than he wouldn't be a candidate in 2012?

Leon Penetta is a perfect candidate for the Dems in 2016.

Wow, its funny I never even thought of him before. He would be a good candidate. He seems to have good crossover support based on his confirmation vote.

In addition here is my list:
Gov. Cuomo
Sen. Gillibrand (I'd like to see her run, but I think she would be more likely to be a cabinet member)
Gov. O'Malley
Gov. Lynch
VP Biden (Lol, I don't know why he would, but a few weeks ago he told us not to count him out for 2012)
Sen. Warner (Although, I think his time was 2008)
Sen. Klobuchar
Gov. Schweitzer
