Apparently Fairfax breaks it.

Also, the DDHQ thing assumes that nothing changes in recounts, a dangerous assumption. Two apparent dem wins, 40 and 68, will definitely go to recounts, and 85 might.

Republicans have been officially called the winner in 84, and Dems in 85. 48-47 D with 27,28,40,68,94 outstanding.

So why are VPap and SoS diverging here?

BTW, 100% chance of a recount here no doubt.

Do recounts in VA typically change the totals much?

Herring's lead increased by like 600 votes after the recount.

Thankfully the spread there is wide enough to make a change in outcome unlikely.

it is extremely hypocritical of Republicans to call this vote invalid, while calling this vote for them:

Everyone is hypocritical Solid, which is why election judges are typically made up of bipartisan panels. The biggest error here was county government selecting an all-republican panel.

That ballot is definitely a vaild ballot for Yancey.
What I don’t get is don’t they know who sent that ballot in? Should just call him ask him to come in and say who he/she was actually voting for.

They have a record of who voted, but there's no way to tell the individual ballots apart.
