CHAIR
[1]Griffin

VICE-CHAIR
[1]Marokai
[2]Snowstalker (incumbent)

GEN-SEC
[2]Barnes
[1]Seatown

I would like to apologize to my fellow Labourites for the scarcity of my appearances right now. I'm currently moving and until all is finished on October 10th, I'll be quite busy. However, I would like to propose the future GenSec and Vice-Chair my candidacy to both the platform committee or the by-laws committee. I'm not the leader kind of politician, more of the "shadow worker" kind, so I think I could be of much more use drawing up our party's stances and rules.

All right, I'm joining the game.  I've been asked to register for the South, though I have a difficult time imagining myself as a Southerner.  I could register for a really progressive part of it like Atlanta or one of the big cities of Texas.  I'd prefer the North, but hey, if you guys need me there, my commitment to the party exceeds my commitment to my region.  Though I'm not sure if a gay socialist tree-hugger like me can do much good in a place like the South :/ Any advice?  I'll register once I've decided on where.

Yes, you do. Labor Proud.

I'd suggest coming to either the Northeast, to boost Labor's growing power here, or the IDS, to boost Labor's growing power there. And don't worry, we're all gay socialist tree-huggers here.

What does IDS stand for?  I haven't paid any attention to the atlasia game until now.

By 'here' I meant Labor.

And we're not carpetbaggers from the Northeast. Seatown is from the Pacific and Xahar is from...somewhere.

CHAIR
  • Griffin

VICE-CHAIR
[ ]Marokai
[ ]Snowstalker (incumbent)

GENERAL SECRETARY
[ ]Barnes
[ ]Seatown

(I'm sure that all the candidates for Vice-Chair and General Secretary are suited for the task but I need to know them better before I can chose).
I would like to advocate for my election as Secretary(whip). I think I have been responsible for many of the functions of that position for the past few months. I have done the necessary work to increase labor's turnout in the last several elections, and contributed to the increased electoral clout of Labor in the IDS along with Adam Griffin. Also I have been elected as a Senator before.
I would like to apologize for not stating the reasons why I feel I should be chosen as General Secretary. In my day, I've managed several national campaigns birth for myself and for others, so I have the needed experience to manage a national party when it comes to voting. Also, I constantly pay attention for he business of all the regions, so I will remain as up-to-date as possible when it comes to the issues that our members must take a side on.

I pledge to remain active as long as I hold this office, and if I ever feel as if I can no longer administer my duties in the party's best interests, I will promptly resign. Thank you! Smiley

This weekend. Looks like he'll have to sit it out because of residency requirements. Sad

Congratulations, of course, to Vice-Chairman Marokai and General Secretary Barnes as well.

Thread is now locked.
