1928 was the last presidential election in which a Republican won without a Nixon or a Bush on the ticket. Imagine if Jeb won in 2016 and Democrats won in 2020 and 2024 (or hell, the Democrats just won in 2016, 2020, and 2024). Nothing epic, I just thought it'd be an interesting scenario.

If thats true, Jebby Bush and/or George P. Bush better jump into a congressional seat or something and get on the ticket before the Republican Nominee in 2016 or 2020 picks someone else!

Interesting to note that Jeb Bush endorsed Chris Nixon Cox (Tricky Dick's grandson) for a Congressional race in 2010.  Chris Cox is a strong Tea Party type who ran in NY-1, but he lost the GOP primary.

So, apparently the Nixons and the Bushes are in on it together...trying to keep both their respective political dynasties alive Roll Eyes
