I looked into the two counties that were listed as having potential problems. The voting results in Monterey County, CA were, per the county's elections site:

Kerry 60.36% (55,575)
Bush 38.23% (35,205)
Badnarik 0.37% (343)
Cobb 0.34% (311)
Peroutka 0.24% (222)
Peltier 0.19% (176)
Write-In 0.26% (244)

Overall that makes for 92,076 votes for President. The site says there were 92,568 ballots cast, which means the country must have had under 100,000 votes this time for some reason. However, it also notes:  "We still have approximately 26,000 ballots that have not been processed. These include absentee ballots received in the mail on November 1st and 2nd, absentee ballots deposited at our office November 1st and 2nd, absentee ballots deposited at polling places on election day, a large quantity of ballots not marked properly by voters that need to be duplicated before they can be counted, and an estimated 6,800 provisional ballots that may take up to three or four weeks to process."

Boulder County, CO, lists the following election results:

Kerry 66.5% (101,990)
Bush 32.2% (49,352)
Nader 0.6% (917)
Badnarik 0.5% (736)
Peroutka 0.1% (168)
Cobb 0.1% (111)
Andress 0.0% (22)
Brown 0.0% (17)
Amondson 0.0% (15)
Harris 0.0% (11)
Van Auken 0.0% (7)
Dodge 0.0% (4)
Kennedy 0.0% (2)

I'm not sure why it's so Democratic, but apparently it is; it also certainly has over 100,000 votes.

I'm in the process of checking Dave's results against the ones on the county election sites for California. It may take a while.

EDIT: This is pointless...way too many counties and he'll be reposting info later anyway.
