NotA. Carter is the most likely but his recent health scares and brain cancer (albeit treated) makes me think he only has a few more years left. He is a great man and a true post-presidential statesman so I wish he does make it to 100 or beyond.

Same with Bush Sr but he has had so many recent scares so I doubt he makes it.

Clinton, no. Way too many heart problems, obesity, etc. but he did change to a paleo diet and that has helped him.

GWB, maybe but I'm thinking late 80s or early 90s only.

Obama, tbd, but considering his genetics and smoking, probably 80s only.

Trump will not hit 100 (obesity, probably other problems, but he doesn't smoke or drink so that is a bonus), his mother was 88, his dad hit 93 but had Alzheimer's.
