This is what the BOE site says:

Totals   3615844   1520621   119135   50224   24059   1

Total votes = 5,329,884.
Durbin's votes = 3,615,844.
Percentage = 67.8%.

There's your answer.

Also, both Durbin's wiki page and the page for the actual election (not the general 2010 Senate page) say 67.8%. So that one page is just wrong.
