Title: Larry Sabato's Senate Rankings

I don't ever see his rankings included and he is incredible at forecasting races and elections.

If Kay Bailey Hutchison resigns her seat during her run for governor (which is looking less and less likely), than there will be.

North Dakota would be interesting if Hoeven ran, but until then, no.

If the election in Texas is in November, it's not in toss-up.  Actually, if it's not in November, it's still not toss-up.

Other than that, we agree (or at least are close enough)

Sabato doesn't rate the seat as a tossup. He refuses to rate it at all until after the grubenatorial primary.
