I definitely commend Sen. Kerry for conceding rather than pursuing the path of unleashing the Democratic Party's legal pitbulls and racial arsonists to contest the election and divide the country. And you know there were plenty of people advising him to do just that. Unlike some, I thought it was perfectly appropriate for Sen. Kerry to wait until the votes in Ohio were counted to the point where it was definite that there was no way for him to win. With all these new voting procedures, including provisional voting and a greater use of absentee ballots, it makes sense to take a little more time to make sure that all bases are covered, rather than face a 2000-type debacle later.
