Title: WA-Sen: DSCC internal says Murray +7
Post by: Lief 🐋 on November 01, 2010, 05:55:06 pm
Murray: 51%
Rossi: 44%

This fills me with a bit more confidence than that pathetic IL internal.

I'm sure, Murray, I'm sure.

Still an internal, Lief.

Sign of some confidence. Maybe not this much of a lead, but I think Murray has the edge here.

Actually the way I would read this is that Murray will probably not go much above her number, which in this case is more than enough to win. It basically tells us the race is a tossup, so we didn't really learn too much from this poll.

It does match the University of Washington Poll though.

Probably the opposite.  There were several polls showing it closing; this counter balances them.

Well, whatever, she could do substantially worse than this, and not only win, but also have it not be Rossi's best showing statewide.

I wonder why the NRSC did not release a counter poll in response.

All right, so Murray is probably leading by around 2.  That's about where I'd put it.
