Change law on nudity

Summary: Should the state representative from this district be instructed to support legislation that would amend the state's definition of nudity so that no part of the female breast is included, and so that females of any age may be unclothed from the waist up in public anywhere males may be, including in print and on film?

Global federal union

Summary: Should the state representative from this district be instructed to vote to amend the state constitution to allow Massachusetts voters, through a law enacted by initiative petition, to vote to delegate their powers concerning international affairs to a democratically elected legislative body of a global federal union of democratic nations?

Looking at the others, I'm not really sure if people should be allowed to put "push polls" on the ballot.  At least equal space should be allowed for a counterargument.

Here's the 'Global Federal Union' supporters.... thankfully the question failed, but a lot of well-educated dumbasses in Cambridge voted for it.

Referenda are usually stupid. Hardly unique to Massachusetts. Tennessee voters approved a constitutional amendment to protect hunting and fishing.

I'm not sure I wouldn't have voted aye on them both.

Too bad that nudity one didn't pass.

I see alcohol is now exempted from the sales tax. Yes!

Here's a good one to have passed (as it did):

Quote
Summary: Should the state representative from this district be instructed to vote in favor of a non-binding resolution calling on the federal government to support the right of all people, including non Jewish Palestinian citizens of Israel, to live free from laws that give more rights to people of one religion than another?

I would have voted for the "nudity" one and against the world government and Israel ones.
