I am sorry that I was not able to serve longer as Secretary of State to help with the Arabian Summit but I am happy to serve on the bench. I urge that a new Secretary of State be appointed immediately to help with the Riyadh Summit and will now take the occasion to outline my view on the Atlasian Constitution. During my tenure I will base my opinions completely on law and will not issue any activist opinions. If the Constitution is ignored tyranny is free to manifest itself in all levels of Atlasian society, but I will not stand for such.
