You have to connect Grosse Point with more Wayne-county whites in order to avoid wasting VRA-necessary blacks.

It was a tall order to avoid cutting 1 of the 5 Senate black districts, so they cut the Chinese guy instead. Really surprised they didn't put Pontiac in that 11th.
