The video was titled "My Tram Experience" and featured a woman, with a young boy on her lap, screaming obscenities and racial slurs at individuals on a South London tram. TL;DR version is some woman starts insulting people for being black, black people get pissed, another white woman starts yelling at the belligerent woman to stfu. Obviously very rare, but purdy shocking stuff to see such blatant racism on the London Underground. That's true - she was on Tramlink, which is operated by Transport for London, the same publicly-owned company that runs the Tube.
