Title: Re: Confirmation Hearing: Ben for SoEA Post by: Kaine for Senate '18 on March 12, 2012, 04:03:22 PM Ben- under what conditions would your ecommend military action to the President? Senator, I don't have a clear answer, because I have no solid guidelines. When I think there is a clear justification - be it defense of the homeland, defending an ally, or a chance to truly improve the world, I will recommend military action. Title: Re: Confirmation Hearing: Ben for SoEA Post by: CLARENCE 2015! on March 12, 2012, 04:16:00 PM That is a very acceptable answer... thank you
Title: Re: Confirmation Hearing: Ben for SoEA Post by: TJ in Oregon on March 14, 2012, 12:16:58 PM Are you concerned the EU may collapse if the UK decides to leave it? Will we likely see other countries following suit in the near future?

Title: Re: Confirmation Hearing: Ben for SoEA Post by: Kaine for Senate '18 on March 14, 2012, 09:19:40 PM What actions should Atlasia take to prevent a nuclear Iran, if any? Isn't one of the reasons they are pursuing nuclear weapons due to our habit of bombing countries in their neighborhood? Ideally, some sort of diplomatic agreement could be reached. I am not ruling out military action, but I am not advocating it right now. I also believe that Iran is seeking nuclear weapons to achieve its own destructive foreign policy goals, such as the annihilation of Israel and the establishment of Iranian hegemony in the region. I do not believe we are at fault. Title: Re: Confirmation Hearing: Ben for SoEA Post by: Sbane on March 14, 2012, 09:29:23 PM Aye...
